Homoeopathy is a system of medicine based on individualisation — rather than treating a diagnosis alone, we look at the whole pattern of a person's physical, emotional and everyday experience, and select a remedy that matches that pattern as closely as possible.

About homoeopathy
Most people experience meaningful, lasting results with homoeopathic treatment. Homoeopathy is supported by clinical experience and a growing body of research. Homoeopathy is based on individuality—its effectiveness depends heavily on how precisely the physician can identify the right symptoms and pattern for each person. When treatment doesn't work as expected, it is usually because that precise fit hasn't been found yet, rather than because the system itself has failed. This is why finding an experienced physician matters. As with any system of medicine, results vary from person to person and from case to case. We assess your case honestly at the outset and continue to monitor your progress at every follow-up, adjusting the approach if it isn't working for you.
Homoeopathic remedies are prepared to be gentle and are generally well tolerated. That said, "safe" also depends on your case being taken thoroughly and the right remedy being selected — which is exactly why our consultations are unhurried and detailed rather than quick and generic.
In most cases, yes. Please continue any medication prescribed by your treating doctor unless they advise otherwise — we will never ask you to stop a prescribed medication ourselves. Let us know everything you're currently taking during your consultation so we can take it into account.
Yes — many parents seek homoeopathic care for their children, particularly for recurring illnesses and immunity concerns. The consultation is adapted to be age-appropriate, and a parent or guardian is present throughout.
It can be, but this needs to be discussed directly and carefully as part of your consultation, alongside anything your obstetrician has advised. Please mention pregnancy or breastfeeding at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.
Your consultation
A first consultation typically takes around 45 unhurried minutes. We ask about your main complaint in detail, and also about your physical generals, your emotional make-up, your history, and everyday patterns that may seem unrelated to your main concern — all of this helps us understand your case as a whole, not just a diagnosis.
Because homoeopathic prescribing is based on the whole person, not the diagnosis alone. Two people with the same named condition can need very different remedies, depending on how their body and mind respond to things generally. These questions are how we find that difference.
There's nothing special to prepare. Come with an open mind and be ready to answer questions honestly and in your own words. There's no need to change your diet, medication, or daily routine beforehand unless your treating doctor has advised otherwise.
If you have previous prescriptions, lab reports, or imaging studies, please bring them — they give us useful background, even though homoeopathic prescribing isn't based on the diagnosis alone.
In long-standing or chronic cases, it may take a little longer to see full recovery — but you will usually start seeing results even in the initial phase of taking the medicine. In acute cases, it is usually quicker. We'll give you a realistic sense of what to expect for your specific case.
Each follow-up helps us understand how your health is changing since the last visit, and whether the remedy or approach needs any adjustment. Follow-ups are shorter than the first consultation.
Online consultations
It works much like an in-person visit — conducted over video call at a scheduled time, with the same depth of questioning. Remedies are then shipped to you, or arrangements are made for local pickup depending on your location.
For homoeopathic case-taking, most of the information we need comes from what you tell us and describe, which works just as well over video. We conduct consultations for patients across the world on this basis.
There's no obligation to buy your medicines with us — we'll send you a prescription, which you're free to get filled at your local homoeopathic store. If you'd prefer, we're also happy to send the remedies to you directly by courier.
Just a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, private space for the call.
